You may think that ice cream is bad ’cause its sweet
But the milk inside is a really healthy treat
It’s nutritious, delicious, so eat it everyday
‘Cause it’s better than Italian ice
Or sherbet or sorbet
You can eat your ice cream in cups or in cones

So the next time you have some, remember what is true
